BRITNEY'S LOSING IT, WAIT SHE'S ALREADY LOST IT RIGHT?

Looks like Britney's gotten herself into a bit of a pickle. Here's why:

She goes to court today for her custody battle.

The Sun reports:

The Toxic singer will face evidence from a secret witness put forward by her ex Kevin Federline in the trial which is thought to have started at 4.30pm UK time.

And the witness today is expected to reveal details of her drug taking at home and in front of children Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 11 months.

It has also been reported on US website TMZ that Brit's lawyer Laura Wasser is set to be replaced today, surely not a good sign at this stage.

It follows news that the troubled singer has been banned from LA’s exclusive Chateau Marmont hotel after a string of complaints over her oddball behaviour.

And it seems “acting weird” doesn’t begin to describe her latest act of lunacy, which saw Britney stunning fellow diners in the posh hotel restaurant by smearing a plate of top-notch food over her face.

Horrified guests were understandably outraged and demanded the management kick her out for good.

A source said: “The diners were disgusted. You wouldn’t expect that from a teenager in a fast-food joint.

“Royalty have dined in this restaurant. Her behaviour was totally unacceptable.”

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GIRL?? I think she seriously needs some help. Poor Brit. Hopefully she won't lose her kids.

ET has several reliable sources that the FBI and LAPD are investigating legitimate leads on a contract hit on Kevin Federline's life.

Multiple sources tell ET that the FBI made attempts to contact Federline to inform him of the potential danger.
