BRITNEY TRIES TO MOVE ON

Britney really looks pretty in these pics!!! She met with Kevin and their lawyers yesterday. Apparently they are trying to speed up the process of the custody battle.

Diddy's rep is claiming that Britney was not partying all night for his party the night before the VMAs.

According to the Gatecrasher:

"A rep for Diddy insisted: "She stopped by the party for a while. He offered her a drink, which she refused; she drank water instead. She was not there until 7 a.m."

BUT, the Gatecrasher also says that a source claims that Britney

had to be physically helped out at 7 a.m. - barely 12 hours before her disastrous VMAs performance.

"She couldn't stand," says the source.

"Diddy's people had to get her back to her room as discreetly as possible so nobody would see what state she was in."

Also, according to the Sun:

An MTV source told The Sun: “The scene in the dressing room before the show was one of absolute blind panic.

“She knew she hadn’t rehearsed enough and was going to mess up the whole show and possibly her career — then she saw her hairdo and it was the final straw.

“She went into a wild rage and started lashing out at everyone — including her stylist.”
Desperate lackeys at the glitzy Las Vegas Palms Casino resort fetched her doctor, who gave Brit the prescription drugs.

The source said: “Britney took enough to floor an elephant. They calmed her down — but were clearly too effective.”

She is said to have screamed afterwards: “Oh my God! I looked like a fat pig! I looked like a fat pig!”

Wow, poor Britney. I hope she gets over this, I really do.
