Lindsay Lohan is not surprisingly in rehab again. But this time, she's in Promise's in Malibu. That's the one that Britney was in after shaving her head and stuff. This picture is from early Monday morning while she was passed out after a Memorial Day party.

On Sunday the actress, 20, hit a Memorial Day pool party for 944 magazine at Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel, where DJ pal Samantha Ronson was spinning. “She was in a great mood,” says a partygoer.

Later that morning, photo agency X17 snapped pictures of Lohan apparently asleep or passed out in the passenger seat of Ronson’s car, several “30 Days” sobriety pendants hanging from the rearview mirror.

LOL . . . . I shouldn't laugh. But come on, it's kind of ironic, she's passed out and has 30 day sober things with her????
