I am still totally shocked about this. I still cannot believe the best technical wrestler could do this to his family, especially his son. And I do not believe that steroids had anything to do with it. Roid rage supposedly lasts a little while before you catch your head. This dude had his wife's feet and hands binded, he also placed bibles by her and his son's bodies after they were dead. Sounds like premeditated murder to me. Benoit strangled his wife, suffocated his 7-year-old son and placed a Bible next to their bodies before hanging himself with a weight-machine pulley, authorities said Tuesday.
In an interview with ESPN.com on Tuesday, District Attorney Scott Ballard indicated that the son of Chris Benoit, Daniel Benoit, had needle marks in his arms. The district attorney also said that he believed that the boy had been given growth hormones for quite some time because the family considered him undersized.
A new report surfaced online that claims Chris' son Daniel may have had what is called, "Fragile X syndrome." In the article by Katharine Kitts, Pam Winthrope describes how she had contact with Chris Benoit a few years ago and asked him about helping raise awareness about the condition.
Fragile X syndrome is considered an inherited mental impairment. According to the report, prominent characteristics of the syndrome include an elongated face, large or protruding ears, large testicles (macroorchidism), and low muscle tone, reports ProWrestling.com.

TODAY'S SADNESS
I'm not sure if any readers watch wrestling. I've been a fan for many years and Chris Benoit has been one of my favorites for a long time. Yesterday, along with his wife and 7 year old son, he was found dead in his home. I found this out last night when I put my tv on USA to watch WWE Raw and there was a tribute on for him. At that time, they were not giving any details except that he and his family were found dead in their home. This is what I find today:Benoit failed to appear both at Saturday’s live event in Beaumont, Texas, and WWE’s Vengeance: Night of Champions in Houston Sunday night, after informing WWE of a family emergency. Several curious text messages sent by Benoit early Sunday morning prompted concerned friends to alert Richard Hering, VP of Government Relations for WWE, Inc. Hering, in turn, spoke with Fayette County sheriffs Monday, and requested they respond to the Benoit residence to check on him and his family.
At 10 p.m. Monday night, Lt. Pope held a press conference in conjunction with Scott Ballard, the district attorney for Fayette County. The press conference officially ruled authorities’ findings as a double murder-suicide from within the home.
WAGA, a FOX-owned and operated television station in Atlanta, reported that investigators believe Benoit killed his wife and 7-year-old son over the weekend, then himself on Monday.
I am completely shocked that a man that I respected so much as a wrestler could do this to his family. That's all I have to say. R.I.P.

Ok, so I'm trying to understand how on earth a person can be alive today and not know wtf voicemail or an answering machine is. I mean, what the hull? I got 3 calls today from a number. Ok, I'm the kinda bitch that doesn't answer unless I know the number calling me. Gripe . . . yeah I know. Well, I checked my messages the first time, and my voicemail message CLEARLY says : "Hi this is Shelly. LEAVE ME A MESSAGE." Well, when I checked the message, this guy says "Helloooooo? Can I speak to Shelly please? Hello? Hello? Could I please speak to Shelly?" And this kept up until my ever loving voicemail shut his ass off. I get a call again from the same guy about 30 minutes later, SAME FRICKIN THING. The last call I got from him was a few minutes ago, and his message was just breathing for like 30 seconds. Ok, the first 2 times you called, you didn't get a response when you asked a question, why call back in the first place? And why the hell breath a message for me that is gonna cost me a minute of my life to erase??? Well, here's a whole frickin post about it, maybe that was the objective. Who knows.
I am taking things way too seriously. I'll blame it on the pregnancy hormones. Thanks for listening to my complaining.
